Assessment, Planning & Progress Monitoring
Evidence Me is an assessment and observation app which captures children’s learning journeys. It shows the impact of children’s learning by evidencing their experiences, monitoring their development, and creating reports to share their progress.
With Evidence Me, staff can easily take a photo, video or write a note and instantly upload their observation to the app. Evidence me can be used with any combination of frameworks that you choose and our ‘Auto-suggesting of Objectives’ feature will recommend objectives and next-step objectives based on your preferred framework and teachers’ notes of the observation.
The platform also provides all the assessment tools you need to make informed planning decisions. For example, you can gain an instant overview of curriculum coverage and generate and range of reports.
All observations can be shared with parents through our dedicated parent app, allowing them to keep informed of their child’s progress. Reports can also be shared in a range of formats.
Evidence Me has strong security features including pin codes and industry-standard encryption. It is also GDPR compliant. Additionally, our innovative face-blurring functionality allows pictures to be taken of the whole class and shared with parents with other pupils’ faces blurred out.
Educake is an easy to use, brilliantly helpful homework and revision platform. At the heart of Educake is a constant focus on helping teachers teach and students learn. We are informal, caring, innovative and efficient: values reflected in the way we write questions, design the platform, and market the products, and in every interaction we have with teachers and each other.
Educake’s products enable teachers to do more teaching, making it simple for teachers to set homework, assess results and identify knowledge gaps. It’s quick to set tasks, which are all auto-marked, providing students with immediate feedback to help correct misunderstandings. At a glance, teachers see a picture of what areas haven’t been understood by the class, or by pupils, and can plan accordingly.
We are proud of how much teachers love Educake. It adds to our drive to do better for teachers and students. We are constantly improving our platform and resources: in the last few years we have added five new subjects (English, maths, history, computer science and PE) as well as introducing new features to make teaching and studying easier.
Data has become a vital tool in the operation of a school, supporting the safety of students and staff and providing oversight of the management of schools. When used effectively, data has the power to go beyond functional operations to transform educational effectiveness and harness the potential of students, particularly in the area of assessment Yet, according to the DfE’s EdTech Survey published in May 2021, a significant number of teachers felt that the software they used for formative assessment met their needs only sometimes or rarely Elastik directly addresses this issue through a process of assessment for learning Elastik harnesses question-level data to pinpoint students’ strengths, weaknesses and progress It then accurately and quickly identifies gaps in learning and knowledge Elastik takes away the guesswork in the classroom, making teachers super effective in bridging the unidentified gaps in learning and measuring progress Arming teachers with specific topic-level knowledge gaps refocuses teachers’ time and empowers them to do what they love and what they do best – teach Elastik also supplies head teachers and MAT heads with vital progress data in achievement and attainment Most importantly, by targeting interventions, Elastik ensures no learner is left behind, and potential is indeed
KAIT is the world’s only AI based individualized learning platform that is truly integrated with traditional classrooms. The teachers do not have to change their teaching behavior or contents. We utilize teachers’ contents while providing the best possible additional training based on AI’s calculation of student abilities.
Learning should be individualized. It can be done with AI. AI needs digital data. Our platform is web-based and data can be collected by using tablets or with a smart pen on normal paper. Using AI, we use formative assessments in mastery learning environments to make students understand. We do not use grades but show understanding level by question and by subtopic. Lastly, we empower teachers with diagnostics and analytics of students so that they are able to pay more attention to each individual student. They can act as SEL coaches and spend less time on teaching facts.
