Concero Education
Concero was founded in 2008 and since then has consistently delivered partnership led, educationally focused support to schools, built on understanding their needs and providing an honest, dependable, and supportive service. A Microsoft Gold Partner with ISO 9001 and 27001 accreditations, we created an Audit and Action plan based approach, using educationally standard benchmarks from the DFE, to collectively understand what the school needs and build an implementation programme that delivers concrete results, backed up by industry leading support packages.
We’re immensely proud of the transformative solutions we have developed alongside our partners such as Microsoft, TA:Education, and Senso Cloud, that give our schools the benefit of cloud based, anywhere learning, removes the dependence on local infrastructure, and frees teachers to explore more inventive ways of teaching and learning using technology. Students benefit from reliable, dependable equipment without downtime or interruption, and build their confidence in collaboration and digital learning skills.
As trusted EdTech partners to a rapidly expanding number of schools across the UK, we’re ready and able to show what educational transformation can be achieved using technology in 2024 and beyond.
eduthing
eduthing provide a different kind of service. Whilst we have everything you would expect from a managed service provider in terms of a full ITIL compliant Service Desk, an experienced escalations team and remote management software we also provide support for educators as part of the service.
We have an OnDemand Team that provides cover in case of technical staff absence, we have a team of engineers who carry spares in their vans to make sure any issues are quickly addresses. We also provide an out of hour service that connects users to an on call eduthing engineer.
As part of our service we provide a detailed technical audit that looks at all IT systems and provides a simple to understand RAG rating of the status of all systems. This allows the leadership teams in schools and in MATs to have a very simple way of understanding what needs to be addressed in the short and medium terms. This is used to help build a digital strategy that is well understood and provides clear objectives with associated costs

L.E.A.D. IT Services
L.E.A.D. IT Services is a committed and dedicated provider of solutions with an education focused team who continuously embrace innovation.
We work together with over 250 primary and secondary schools across England, with the focus always being to embrace the diversity of pedagogy whilst enhancing the learning opportunities for as many children and young people as possible.
We introduced a 1-to-1 project into a Year 3 class providing a device per child, equipped with applications such as Microsoft Immersive Reader, to encourage improvement in literacy skills, whilst improving technical skills in navigating their own devices.
We strongly believe that innovation cannot exist without accessibility.
For The Kingsmead School, we have built a unified network across seven sites, spread across the city, which is accessible off-site, and incorporated a wireless access solution. This involved all storage systems being available in a single server solution with one data centre, allowing for resilience to network outages and allowing staff mobility and accessibility around sites.
As we pride ourselves in our foresight and visionary approach, encouraging and aiding each school to become adaptive and inclusive to meet their unique needs, we understand the importance of effective and efficient technical support.

Soft Egg
Soft Egg was founded to address the IT needs of schools. We saw a tremendous gap in the quality of IT support and services that schools received and the kind of support they really needed.
We wanted to address this gap, enabling children, teachers and administrative staff in schools to perform their very best with a highly supportive and proactive IT company which focused uniquely on schools.
Today, Soft Egg’s cloud services and unique support offering enables them to work with Primary Schools, Academies and Independent, across all of the UK.
Soft Egg has an excellent pedigree of transforming the IT user experience in schools and offering commercial value for money. We are sustainable, adaptable, and agile in supporting IT, building a rapport with schools, providing increasing visibility of the MSP within schools and therefore becoming embedded in the day-to-day performance to ensure ICT ‘does the job and works’.
We want schools to ‘fall back in love with IT’ as we recognise the role IT has in the future of Teaching and the benefits it can offer both Teachers and Students. Soft Egg continues to grow and expand bringing an innovative approach to IT in Education.
