Through eTaleem, Classera has delivered thousands of curriculum-aligned videos, enabled interactive in-class learning with offline access, and trained thousands of teachers with internationally recognized certifications. Its AI-powered dashboards empower policymakers, educators, and students with evidence-based insights that drive measurable improvements in learning outcomes.
The results are tangible: children once excluded now participate in quality education; teachers are empowered to innovate and grow; ministries are equipped to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Developing Experts – Transforming Careers Education Through Inclusion and Innovation
Developing Experts is a digital learning platform transforming how schools embed inclusive teaching, careers education, and subject learning from Early Years through to Further Education. Built with accessibility at its core, it ensures every learner, regardless of ability or background, can engage with high-quality, curriculum-aligned content that links directly to real-world career pathways.
Key innovations include a Virtual Work Experience module, offering immersive five-day simulations of employer-led projects in sectors like nuclear and maritime, developed with partners such as the National Skills Academy for Nuclear and the Royal Navy. Its AI-powered Pupil Zone personalises learning journeys and provides accessibility tools such as adjustable fonts, text-to-speech, and scaffolded content to support SEND learners.
Every lesson embeds labour market data, salary insights, and qualification routes—supporting Gatsby Benchmarks and helping learners see the relevance of their education to their future. Used by over 1 million learners globally, Developing Experts is already driving national strategies on skills and economic regeneration.
The platform empowers teachers, supports school leaders with SEND tracking tools, and makes meaningful, career-connected learning scalable across all contexts. It’s not just a platform, it’s a catalyst for systemic change.
edt (Education Development Trust)
Future Teaching Scholars (FTS), designed and delivered by edt from 2015 to 2025, was a pioneering route into teaching for maths and physics students. The programme supported high-achieving A level students through a six-year journey, providing training and support during their undergraduate studies and their first three years of teaching. Scholars received hands-on classroom experience, attended annual national conferences, and learned from online modules aligned with the Teacher Standards and Early Career Framework.
Edt designed a unique, bottom-up approach to initial teacher training, co-created with schools and delivered in partnership with teaching schools across the country. Scholars were employed in their schools as staff, not as placement students, gaining real-world experience and tailored employment support. The programme’s strengths lay in its strong community and professional networking opportunities.
FTS achieved significantly higher teacher retention rates than the national average – 89.3% after three years compared to 73.3% – with many Scholars progressing into leadership roles. The programme’s legacy includes influencing how future DfE initial teacher training programmes are delivered, embedding school partnerships into training models. Ultimately, FTS produced highly skilled, passionate STEM teachers, whose impact continues to benefit pupils and schools across England.
eduthing
With AI’s role in education rapidly growing, schools face the challenge of navigating a saturated market of tools while ensuring safety, privacy, and real impact. In response, eduthing partnered with the Schools Alliance for Excellence to deliver a six-session programme for 20 primary schools, designed to cut through the noise and provide clarity, strategy, and confidence in AI adoption.
Each half-termly session brought teachers and senior leaders together to network, learn, and collaborate, moving them from initial awareness to confident, strategic use of AI. The programme focused on three core pillars: reducing teacher workload, enhancing teaching and learning, and strengthening assessment, while embedding critical considerations around ethics, data protection, and GDPR compliance.
The project’s impact was transformative. Delegates became in-house AI leaders, using our resources to train colleagues and develop school-wide AI policies. This multiplier effect extended expertise to hundreds more staff, fostering sustainable change. Practical outcomes included AI-supported report writing, tailored interventions in early years, and improved data analysis.
Leaders highlighted the immediate benefits: reduced workload, stronger pedagogy, and enhanced leadership capacity. Ultimately, the project empowered schools to harness AI as a catalyst for meaningful improvement.
Efekta Education Group
Efekta ’s mission is make high-quality education universally accessible — because it is the most powerful driver of human progress. Efekta developed an AI-powered English teaching and learning platform that is already used by millions of public school students and teachers globally. The platform advances United Nations SDG4 (Quality Education) and is solving one of the greatest educational challenges of our time: how to provide high-quality, personalised instruction to millions of learners simultaneously. It delivers personalized English instruction at unprecedented scale and is addressing the global teacher shortage by Efekta blending proven pedagogy with advanced technology. Addi, an AI teaching assistant, works alongside teachers to give students a truly personal learning journey. This frees teachers to inspire and motivate and gives students personalized education that used to be available only to a privileged few. In the process, Efekta is not just improving learning — it makes teaching more attractive by automating the repetitive work. With a roadmap to reach 100 million learners in the next 3–5 years, Efekta is not just innovating within EdTech, it’s redefining the possibilities of education itself.
GEC (Global Equality Collective)
The Global Equality Collective (GEC) is transforming how schools understand and act on equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). At the heart of this innovation is the GEC Platform, powered by the Kaleidoscopic Data Framework, which humanises educational data by combining staff and student voice with intersectional analysis.
Used by over 400 schools and trusts across 30 countries, the Platform provides a safe and ethical way to capture lived experiences across multiple domains of inclusion. Schools and trusts receive interactive dashboards, benchmarking, and evidence-based CPD tools through a clear report and support model, ensuring that insights lead directly to action.
The Platform also powers the Inclusion Index – the first benchmark of its kind – built on the largest research project in education focused on inclusion, with over 30,000 staff and students surveyed worldwide. Findings reveal critical gaps in student belonging, curriculum representation and staff retention, helping schools identify issues that traditional metrics overlook.
By advising DfE, Ofsted, Ofcom and ASCL, as well as influencing practice at school, trust and regional levels, the GEC is not only transforming individual institutions but reshaping how inclusion and data are understood across the sector.
HP Cambridge Partnership for Education EdTech Fellowship
The HP Cambridge Partnership for Education EdTech Fellowship was created to harness the transformative potential of education technology and empower strategic leadership worldwide. As digital innovation opens new possibilities for learning, the Fellowship equips senior policymakers and education leaders with the skills, insights, and global connections to design scalable, evidence-informed solutions that promote equity and inclusion.
Developed by Cambridge in partnership with HP Inc., the Fellowship offers a five-month hybrid programme, including a residential academy in Cambridge, expert mentorship, and tailored support for national projects. Fellows address regional challenges, from digital equity to AI integration, while building a global network of EdTech changemakers. Their work has already impacted millions.
To date, the Fellowship has welcomed 101 Fellows from 52 countries, with final projects reaching over 5.5 million learners and educators. Alumni continue to shape national strategies and collaborate across borders, with the work projected to reach 129 million by 2030.
The Fellows on this programme are senior policymakers, education experts, and ministry officials from around the world. With new regional programmes launching continuously, the Fellowship is helping build a more inclusive, tech-enabled future for education.
Literacy Counts
Everybody Write is a two-year school improvement initiative from Literacy Counts, created to raise standards in writing, boost pupil enjoyment and embed long-term sustainable change across schools.
Developed in response to the national challenge of writing outcomes lagging behind reading, particularly for disadvantaged pupils, EAL learners and those with SEND, the project combines leadership training, practitioner CPD and access to the award-winning Ready Steady Write.
Already, Everybody Write has impacted more than 16,000 children and supported over 1,300 educators nationwide. Evidence from participating schools shows measurable transformation. In Liverpool, 100% of senior leaders reported that the project strengthened their school’s literacy culture and vision, while 92.3% confirmed that CPD combined with Ready Steady Write reduced workload around planning and assessment.
The Director of Education at Weaver Trust MAT describes the approach as ‘truly transformational’, noting: ‘schools are now above national average in writing… I know every teacher will be more than competent in teaching writing. It has absolutely been a success story.’

ViewSonic
ViewSonic partnered with the States of Guernsey to deliver an island-wide digital transformation across all 19 maintained schools and 330+ classrooms, redefining how technology supports teaching and learning. The initiative deployed 502 ViewBoard interactive displays, myViewBoard software, and Manager Advanced centralised management platform as part of a unified ecosystem, supported by a pedagogy-first professional development programme that reached more than 400 staff.
The change has been immediate and systemic. Teachers report greater confidence and reduced workload, while students —including those with additional needs — are more engaged and collaborative. Centralised management has streamlined IT operations, reduced environmental impact, and delivered significant energy savings, aligning with the government’s goals for sustainable, inclusive education.
By embedding equity, inclusivity, and sustainability into the core of its education system, Guernsey has shown that even small jurisdictions can achieve lasting systemic change. The ViewSonic Education Ecosystem now serves as a replicable model for education systems worldwide seeking sustainable, student-centred digital transformation.
